Just wanted to thank you two for a great night. It was inspiring and energizing. At first I was really depressed climbing into the field, but you two restarted my drive to really go forward with this. For the first time I really feel like I belong in the kitchen, that I can really do this, and potentially succeed at it. Everything I saw just clicked. It's like I've been seeing pieces of the process but I really feel like it just all came together. The lesson will stick with me for quite a while. I'll be sure to devour throught the book and put it through great use. It's said that in church, the more you're into your faith the worse condition your Bible is in. I'll be sure by the time I'm ready to pass the book along that it will probably have to be respined. I realize I didn't say much when I was there, but I really wanted to absorb as much as I possibly could.
