About Us

Welcome to the Culinary Gallery, the most unique catering and culinary teaching facility in northwest Florida, also known as the "emerald coast". We offer a wide array of services ranging from "hands - on" cooking classes, to catering of all descriptions.

Our cooking classes offer courses for all skill levels and experiences. We emphasize the techniques as well as the ingredients, with special attention to the historical and regional influences on each menu item.. Each guest will prep the menu items, prepare each course, then sample thier creations.

Catering services are varied as the customers that contract us to do them, we cater from two guests to two thousand. We specialize in beach weddings and small functions in your rental properties. We follow the simple philosophy that if you can dream of it, we can make it happen.

HANDS-ON COOKING CLASSES

Chef Scott demonstrates each dish being prepared, then you are given the opportunity to prepare it yourself! You will prepare your meal, enjoy it with a glass of wine*, beer or other soft drink, and take home what's left! Also included will be a copy of each of the recipes prepared during that class.

All Hands-On Cooking Classes are $50 per person.

*House wine only; specific requests must be provided by the class guest(s) or an additional fee will be added to the class billing.

COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS

Chef Scott demonstrates each dish from that class's menu while you sit back and enjoy the show with a glass of wine*, beer or other soft drink. Once prepared, it's time to eat and you get to take home what's left! Also included will be a copy of each of the recipes prepared during that class.
