     In following our philosophy, we offer our clients a unique approach to the catered event or cooking class situation.  We never give our clients a pre-conceived listing of foods and ask them to choose from columns.  We do, however, give direction based on client input and create an event truly reflective of the mood or feelings our clients wish to showcase.  In effect, creating a work of art individual to each client.
